That was the guy at a Halloween costume party in Athens Georgia.  The woman lost it, and tried to rip off his armband.  Someone else joined in, and the guy hit the assaulter with his beer stein.

The guy got indicted, and some good people did an internet fund raiser for his bail.  This was last fall, and I have not heard anything since.  A case like this suggests he was acquitted.  Let’s hope so.  Let’s hope justice prevailed.
